  • Develop long term site plan for Historic Mill Village
  • Recruit more volunteers
  • Restore Rummell Mill Equipment
  • Complete structural & equipment restoration of the mill
  • Construction of historical village buildings, and infrastructure
  • Complete 1815 two story log cabin to be used as millers home
  • Complete Ice House & 1880 sawmill
